Description
Bayfront Condo 202 is located on the bayside of the Kontiki complex. The bottom floor living area overlooks a beach/sandy area and the bay. There is a six-seat table in the dining area and a bar which separates the kitchen - featuring full size appliances. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and a Roku TV. The accompanying bathroom has an outside vanity, with tub and toilet in the other room. Going upstairs, the master bedroom features a King bed, and also has a Roku tv. The accompanying bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and single vanity. The third bedroom holds a bunkbed which is a full over a queen. The accompanying bathroom has a walk-in shower and single vanity.
The bottom floor patio/deck is perfect for sitting outdoors and looking out over the bay and toward the piers. Outside the master bedroom is another patio/deck area.
Visitors have access to two piers, a boat ramp, a swimming pool and tennis courts.
