Description
Welcome to Condo 203 - Salt on the Rim - a cute, coastal, two-bedroom, second floor unit at Laguna Reef Condominiums. There are breathtaking views from the balcony which overlooks Aransas Bay, right across the 20 mph, one-way street; and which one may enjoy from a glider chair on that balcony. This condo features a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom which includes darkening drapes, and a rocking chair. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, and there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area to comfortably accommodate six people. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. There is a flat screen TV in the living area, along with lazy boy recliners. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. This unit also has wifi and is pet friendly (two dogs maximum). All linens and towels are provided. No smoking is allowed in the condo.
Amenities
Amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, 1,000-foot lighted fishing pier, several shared charcoal grills, a beautiful lagoon area by the water and a large parking lot with plenty of space. There is also a room wtih vending machines and an ice machine located outside the lobby double doors. It is not locked, but the doors are closed at night.
