Located in the Key Allegro subdivision, this two-bedroom unit accommodates four people. Visitors have access to two community swimming pools. There is also boat docking available in the canal behind the unit. Boats can access the Rockport ski basin and Rockport beach area from the water, or visitors can drive around a short distance to the beach park entrance. This first floor condominium overlooks a canal which leads out the bay. Four people can be accommodated in two bedrooms, the first which holds two twin beds. There is a flat screen TV on a side wall by one of the beds. The accompanying bathroom has a single vanity, and a bathtub. The second bedroom features a queen bed with flat screen TV located on a dresser. The accompanying bathroom has a walk-in shower and a single vanity. There is a four-chair table in the dining area, and three bar stools located by the bar which separates the dining area from the kitchen. There are full-size appliances as well as dish ware and cookware. The living area has a sofa, armless loveseat, and an oversized chair. There is a mini bar area in one corner, and an armoire in the other. Above the latter is a flat screen TV. The living area opens out to the deck which holds a six-seater table with umbrella; as well as two tall chairs with accompanying table. This condo also has its own washer and dryer. Pets are allowed - maximum of two dogs up to 70 pounds each. There will be a $50 fee for each pet.
