Bayfront Condominiums at Kontiki Beach are located on Aransas Bay where visitors have access to an 800-foot fishing pier located to the north of the property. It is available for your fishing needs or use it to take a stroll to view the bay. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the 600 building and the boat ramp which is used by Bayfront, Beach Resort, Fulton Beach Landing, and Sea Shell Shore tenants and visitors. There are fish cutting stations on the piers, and barbecue grills for outdoor cooking. This condo sleeps eight people. The master bedroom features a king bed and master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom features a full and a twin bed. The accompanying bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The downstairs bedroom holds a queen bed and twin bed. The bathroom downstairs features a tub.

The kitchen is fully furnished, and the spacious living and dining area has been newly remodeled. Walk out the back patio and the boat ramp is to your right.
